Ek Musht Ke B’ad Daadhi Kaatna! (Ek Alim E Deen Mufti Sahaab Ko Shaykh Zubair Rahimahullah Ka Jawaab)

Jin ahadees mein daadiyan chhorney, mu’aaf karney aur badhaaney ka hukm diya gaya hai, is ke rawiyon mein se ek rawi Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhuma hain. Dekhe: Sahih Bukhari: 5892,5893 wa Sahih Muslim: 259.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhuma se yeh saabit hai ke wo haj aur umrey ke waqt apni daadhi ka kuch hissa (ek musht se ziyadah ko) kaat detey thhey. Dekhe: Sahih Bukhari (5892) wa Sunan Abi Dawood (2357) wa Sanadahu Hasan aur Imam Daarqutni ne Hasan kaha (2/182) Imam Haakim ne Sahih kaha (1/422) aur Imam Zehbi ne unki muwafaqat ki.

Kisi Sahabi se Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhuma par is silsiley mein inkaar saabit nahi hai, yeh ho hi nahi saktaa ke Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhuma jaise Muttabi’ e Sunnat Sahabi, Nabi ﷺ se ek hadees sune aur phir kudh hi uski mukhalifat bhi karen.

Sayyiduna Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhuma ek ayat ki tashreeh mein farmaatey hain:
والأخذ من الشارب والأظفار واللحية
“Monchon, nakhuno aur daadhi mein se kaatna.”
(Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba 4/85 Hadees 15668 wa Sanadahu Sahih, Ibne Jareer 17/109 wa Sanadahu Sahih)

Muhammad bin K’ab al-Qurazi (taba’yee, siqah aalim) bhi haj mein daadhi se kuch kaatney ke qaayil thhey. (Tafseer Ibne Jareer: 17/109 wa Sanadahu Hasan) Ibne Jareej bhi iske qaayil thhey. (Tafseer e Tabri: 17/110 wa Sanadahu Sahih) Qasim bin Muhammad bin Abi Bakr bhi jab sar mundaatey tou apni munchon aur daadhi ke baal kaattey thhey. (Ibne Abi Shaiba: Hadees 25476 wa Sanadahu Sahih)

Sayyiduna Abu Huraira Razi Allahu Anhu se marwi hai ke wo ek musht se ziyadah daadhi ko kaat detey thhey. (Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba: 8/375 Hadees 25479 wa Sanadahu Hasan)

Is ke rawi Amr bin Ayub ko Ibne Hibbaan ne Kitaab al-Siqaat mein zikr kiya hai (7/224,225) aur is se Shoba’ bin Al-Hajjaaj ne riwayat li hai, Shoba’ ke barey mein yeh umoomi qaaidah hai ke wo (aam taur par) apne nazdeek siqah rawi se hi riwayat kartey thhey, dekhe Tehzeeb al-Tehzeeb (1/4,5) is umoomi qaaidah se sirf wahi rawi mustasnaa hoga jis ke barey mein saraahat saabit ho jaye ya jamhoor muhaddiseen ne ise za’eef qaraar diya ho.

In do tawsiqaat ki wajah se Amar bin Ayub Hasan darjeh ka rawi qaraar paata hai.

Tawoos (taba’yee) bhi daadhi mein se kaatney ke qaayil thhey. (al-Tarjjal al-Khallaal: 96 Wa Sanadahu Sahih, Haroon Ibne Yusuf bin Haroon bin al-Shatawi) Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal bhi isi jawaaz ke qaayil thhey. (Kitaab Al-Tarjjal: 92)

In aasaar se maloom hota hai ke ek musht se ziyadah daadhi kaatna aur rukhsaaron ke baal leyna jayiz hai taahim behtar yeh hai ke daadhi ko bilkul khainchi na lagaayi jaaye. Wallahu ‘Alam

Masla yeh nahi hai ke Sahabi ka amal daleel hai ya nahi? balke masla yeh hai ke Qur’an o Hadees ka kaunsa feham motabar hai, wo feham jo chodwin(14th) saadi hijri ka ek alim paish kar raha hai ya wo feham jo Sahaba, Taba’yeen wa Taba Taba’yeen aur Muhiddiseen Kiraam se saabit hai.!?

Hum toh wahi feham maantey hai, jo Sahaba, Taba’yeen, Taba Taba’yeen wa Muhaddiseen aur qaabil e aitemaad Ulama e Ummat se saabit hai, hamare ilm ke mutaabiq kisi ek Sahabi, Taba’yee, Taba Taba’yee, Muhaddis ya Motabar Alim ne ek mutthi se ziyadah daadhi ko kaatna haraam ya najayiz nahi qaraar diya.

Hafiz Abdullah Ropadi Rahimahullah farmaatey hain: Khulasa yeh hai hum tou ek hi baat jaantey hain wo yeh ke Salaf ka khilaaf jayiz nahi kiyun ke wo lughat aur istelahaat se ghafil na thhey.
