و قال مالك الله في السماء و علمه في كل مكان لا يخلو منه شئ

IMAM MAALIK RH ne kaha ki ALLAH apne AASMANON par hai aur uska ILM HAR JAGA ka HIHATA kiye hue hai aur uske ILM se koi JAGA KHAALI nahi

Aur is RIWAYAT ke RAWI par jo JIRAH hai uska bhi jawab diya jayega INSHA ALLAH

Sab se pehle ye baat ZAHEN NASHEEN kar len ki IMAM MALIK RH ke is QAUL ko ZA’EEF mana bhi jaye to bhi NAMUKAMMAL MALOOMAT bata bata kar ek tarfa QISM ki NAAM NIHAD TAHQEEQ pesh karne wale BHAIYON aur uske hum AQEEDE BHAIYON aur BAHNO ke liye koi HUJJAT MAYSAR nahi hoti q ki wo log “ALLAH FIS SAMAA” ka tarjuma “ALLAH AASMANO ME HAI” samajh kar SHADEED GALAT FAHMI ka SHIKAR hain aur is GALAT FAHMI ka SHIKAR hain aur is GALAT FAHMI par MABNI tarjume ki WAJAH se wo SAHIBAN ye samajh rahe hain ki is IBARAT me ALLAH SUBHANAHU WATA’ALA ko kisi MAAN yani kisi JAGA me MAHSOOR kaha gaya hai aur phir apni is GALAT FAHMI ki bina par hi ALLAH TA’ALA ko MAKAN se MUNZAH karne ki KOSHISH me IMAM MALIK RH ke is QAUL ko ZA’EEF banane ke liye KAFI GALAT BAYANI se KAAM liya hai

“ALLAH FIS SAMAA” ka LAFZI tarjuma to yahi banta hai ki ALLAH AASMAN ME HAI lekin QURAN KAREEM ki AAYAT aur AHADEES ki ROSHNI me iska ye MAFHOOM nahi banta aur “ALLAH FIS SAMAA” kehne se kisi bhi TAUR par ALLAH TA’ALA ke liye koi MAKAN koi JAGA koi SIMT wagaira MAKHSOOS,MUKHTAS ya MUAYYAN nahi hoti aisa SOCHNA sochne walo ki kam ILMI ki DALEEL hai q ki LAFZ “FEE” ka MANA aur MAFHOOM sirf “MEIN” hi nahi balki ALLAH ke KALAAM me iska (FEE) MANA wa MAFHOOM “OOPAR”,”KE OOPAR”,”SE OOPAR” bhi milta hai jaisa ki ALLAH ne farmaya

قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ انْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ

ki AYE MUHAMMAD FARMAIYE KI ZAMEEN “PAR” CHALO PHIRO PHIR DEKHO ki ALLAH KE (FARAMEEN AUR PAIGAMAT KO) JHUTLANE WALO KA KYA ANJAM HUA

aur jaisa ki FIRAUN ki DHAMKIYON ka ZIKR farmate hue IRSHAD farmaya

وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ­ فِي جُذُوعِ النَّخْلِ

aur YAQEENAN mai tum logo ko KHAJOOR ke TANO’N “PAR” PHANSI latka dunga

ab agar LAFZ “FEE” ka MA’NA sirf “MEIN” hi mana jaye aur isi par ZID ki jaye to in MAZKOORAH BALA AAYAAT ka kya MAFHOOM banega ??

kya pahli AYAT se ye samjha jayega ki kya ALLAH TA’ALA ZAMEEN ko CHEER PHAAD kar us “MEIN” ghus kar chalne phirne ki DAWAT de raha hai ?

aur kya doosri AYAT se ye samjha jayega ki KHAJOORON ke TANO’N ko kaat kar un “MEIN” PHANSI latkane ka ZIKR hua hai ?

11- IMAM IBN KHUZAIMA RH (311 H) ne ABDULLAH BIN NAAFE RH ki BAYAN KARDA ek HADEES ko SAHI kaha hai apni “SAHEEH” me HADEES NO. 185 me aur IBN KHUZAIMA RH ne apni SAHEEH me doosri JAGA par bhi inki RIWAYAT naqal ki hai

12 – IMAM IBN HIBBAN RH (354 H) ne ABDULLAH BIN NAAFE ka ZIKR KITAB US SIQAAT me kiya hai aur kaha

وكان صحيح الكتاب وإذا حدث من حفظه ربما أخطأ

to aise RAWI ka DARJA ghat kar SAHEEH UL HADEES se HASAN UL HADEES ho jata hai yahi waja hai ki IMAM IBN HIBBAN RH ne inse apni SAHEEH me bahut si RIWAYAT naqal ki hai dekhiye HADEES NO. 3278, 3706, 4683, 4727, 4819, 6899 etc

13- IMAM HAKIM AL NEESABOORI RH (405 H) ne inki BAYAN KARDA KAYI RIWAYATON ko SAHEEH kaha hai aur kaha ki

وأن الغالب عليه الضبط، لكن قد يغلط أحيانا
